A fragment of an ancient, derelict machine. Embedded within its structure is a perfectly preserved aquatic specimen, suspended in a thick, impermeable casing designed to shield it from chemical exposure and light, indicating a deliberate purpose of preservation.
It is hypothesized that this machinery is closely related to the specimen retrieved on Cycle 17, Phase 80, Segment 892, Beat 17, suggesting that both fragments may share a common origin and were constructed by the same civilisation with identical systems and purposes.
The discovery of yet another similar fragment reinforces the need to deploy additional probes to the same sector to uncover more evidence.
